| The Sweetwater Blues n' Brews is a fundraising event put on by the URA. The Rock Springs Main Street Program - Urban Renewal Agency (URA) was established in 2006. The mission of the URA is to organize, implement and facilitate the promotion, design and economic growth of Historic Downtown Rock Springs and the Renewal District through community volunteers, private business, and government partnership.
